SUMMER TENNIS SEASON KICK-OFF

The Board is pleased to continue our adult doubles clinics, led by USPTR Tennis Professional and WHTC member Tracy Miller. Clinics will begin the week of June 8th and run weekly throughout the 2026 season.

These sessions are ideal for players looking to improve their skills and deepen their doubles strategy, with a strong emphasis on live-ball drills and point play.

Clinic Schedule (levels will rotate weekly):

• Mondays: 7:30–9:00 AM

• Wednesdays: 8:00–9:30 AM

• Thursdays: 11:00 AM–12:30 PM

  
  

Cost: $35 per player

• Minimum: 4 participants

• Maximum: 6 participants per clinic

  
  

Players may sign up week-to-week by replying to Tracy’s registration email, which will be sent each Friday for the following week’s clinics.

New for Summer 2026: Junior Program:

We’re excited to introduce a beginner junior program at WHTC this summer. To schedule sessions for your junior players, please contact Tracy directly at Millertracylee@gmail.com.

Program Details:

• Maximum of 1 hour per group per week

• Up to 4 children per group

• Weekdays between 2:00–4:00 PM

• Sessions will be posted on the club calendar

Road to the Club Championship Tournament

Each division will play through their bracket in one day(s) with the finals for each division to be played the weekend of Annual Meeting. Two days are set for each division to play through their bracket however this will be dependent on # of entries. 

Format: Best of 3 Sets - 3rd Set determined by10 point Tiebreaker.

Finals Format: Best of 3 Sets - No Tiebreaker

Ratings determined by USTA rating. If a player does not have a rating, WH Tourney committee will determine rating. Playing up will not be permitted.

Minimum entry of 4 teams per division.

Fee: $15.00 per person

Finals to be played the weekend of the Annual Meeting.

Sprinkler Schedule:

Court #'s 1-5: 12:30-2pm  Monday-Friday only

1 am and 9:30 pm every day

Grass around the Clubhouse: 

4 am every day.
