ANNUAL MEETING

After the conclusion of Team Tennis, we will gather for our Annual Meeting.  As many of you know, this is an opportunity to hear how the club is doing financially as well as hear updates of future plans.  

To this end, we have two retirements from the board, Secretary, Lindsay Fulghum, and Board Member, Mayra DeFusco, with the club transitioning to a new Board. 

The Election Committee will present the two new nominated candidates at the meeting and present the new Slate of Officers and Members as follows:

Executive Officer: Judi Simonini, Secretary

Mike Snyman, Treasurer

Board Members: KristIn Maggiacomo

                      Dana Salvadore 

A cookout will follow the meeting.  As usual please bring a dish to share and BYOB.

The Board is happy to announce that the Club is offering Adult Doubles Clinics:

Reply to Tracy Miller's  email by Sunday 6pm to register for next week's WHTC Adult Clinics! Clinics will focus on point play, doubles strategy, and match strategy. These clinics are perfect for players who are looking for some fun and friendly competition and great exercise at our beautiful club!

Clinics will be from 11:15-12:45p on Court 5: Cost: $30 PER PLAYER

• Monday USTA ~  (Check Tracy's current email)
• Tuesday USTA ~ (Check Tracy's current email)
• Wednesday USTA ~ (Check Tracy's current email)

(Class-days will be rotated each week) 

**Minimum of 4 participants and a maximum of 6 players per clinic.

How to register:

You must reply to this email BY Sunday at 3pm to register.

In your email, make sure you indicate which clinic you will be attending. I ask that participants only register for their appropriate level. (Please do not sign up for a 4.0 clinic if you are a 3.5 etc.)

Note: I will reply to you only if the clinic is FULL. If you emailed me but haven't heard from me, you're IN. 

CANCELLATION POLICY: Please be sure to give at least 24 hours notice if you have to cancel your spot. We may have a waiting list at times. If you have to cancel last minute, I do ask that you pay for your spot or find a sub.
